Hold “Camping with Nature” User Feedback Activity, Listen to Needs and Upgrade Services

In order to better understand the needs of outdoor enthusiasts, improve product quality and service level, our company recently held a “Camping with Nature” user feedback activity, inviting hundreds of new and old users to participate in offline camping activities and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the company’s products and services.

The activity was held in a beautiful outdoor camping base. The company prepared a full set of camping equipment for each participant, including tents, chairs, hand-pushed camping carts and camping tables, allowing users to experience the company’s products in real outdoor scenarios. During the activity, the company’s R&D team and after-sales team communicated with users face to face, listened carefully to the users’ feelings about product use, collected opinions and suggestions on product design, function improvement, use experience and after-sales service.

Many users actively participated in the discussion and put forward practical opinions and suggestions. Some users suggested adding a storage bag to the camping chair for placing mobile phones and water cups; some users hoped that the camping tent could be equipped with a more convenient lighting system; others put forward suggestions on the after-sales maintenance of the hand-pushed camping cart. The company’s relevant person in charge carefully recorded all the opinions and suggestions, and said that they would sort out and study them one by one, and put them into the product upgrading and service improvement plan.

“Users are the driving force for the development of our company. Holding this user feedback activity is to get closer to users, understand their real needs, and make our products and services more in line with the expectations of users,” said the company’s marketing director. “In the future, we will regularly hold such user activities, establish a long-term communication mechanism with users, and grow together with users.”
